At McClintock Contracting, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship, dependable service and practical solutions for our customers. We are a family-owned Southland business with a strong focus on good people, well-maintained equipment and doing the job properly.
Our team includes skilled machine operators, truck drivers, mechanics, farm staff and administration team members. There are opportunities to work across McClintock Contracting and our wider group of businesses, providing variety and the chance to build a long-term career.
We invest in modern machinery, precision technology and staff training to help our team work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. All employees are expected to follow our health and safety requirements, respect our customers’ properties and take pride in representing the business.
Our busiest period is generally from spring through to autumn, with seasonal opportunities available across drilling, cultivation, harvesting, cartage, spraying, spreading and other rural operations. Seasonal roles may suit applicants who are available from October through until April or May, depending on the role and season.
We welcome applications from experienced local operators as well as overseas applicants with the appropriate New Zealand work rights. Overseas applicants must hold a valid passport, appropriate visa and full driver licence where required for the role. Pre-employment drug testing may also be required.
